Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are applicable only for defective or wrong products.
An unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any return request. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue observed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. An unboxing video is compulsory for verification.


Non-Refundable & Non-Reattempt Conditions

Prepaid Orders:
If a prepaid order is returned due to the customer being unavailable or refusing to accept the delivery, the amount will not be refunded, and the product will not be dispatched again.

Partial COD Orders:
In case of Partial Cash on Delivery orders, the advance amount paid (which covers shipping and processing costs) is strictly non-refundable if the customer is unavailable or refuses to accept the order.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

In any cases where a refund is not applicable, if the product is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement after accepting and verifying your complaint. Alternatively, you may choose to purchase another product from our website of the same value.
